Crockpot Oxtail Rasta Pasta

In the Kitchen W/ Tip & Riss is serving up a flavorful Crockpot Oxtail Rasta Pasta! Tender, slow-cooked oxtails are combined with creamy pasta, colorful peppers, and bold Caribbean-inspired seasonings for a rich and comforting meal. This dish is packed with flavor and perfect for the whole family!
Ingredients:
Oxtails
3–4 lbs oxtails
2 tbsp green seasoning paste
1–2 tbsp jerk paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tsp thyme
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion + 1 bell pepper, sliced
1–2 cups beef broth
Instructions:
1. Marinate oxtails with green seasoning, jerk paste, soy sauce, garlic, and spices.
2. Cook in crockpot on Low 8–9 hrs (or High 4–5 hrs) with onion, pepper, and broth until tender. Save ½ cup gravy.
3. Boil rigatoni until al dente; drain.
4. Make sauce: sauté garlic, onions, and peppers. Add jerk paste, cream, milk, cream cheese, Parmesan, and saved gravy. Simmer until thick.
5. Combine pasta and oxtails in sauce. Toss well and garnish with parsley.
