Crockpot Oxtail Rasta Pasta

In the Kitchen W/ Tip & Riss is serving up a flavorful Crockpot Oxtail Rasta Pasta! Tender, slow-cooked oxtails are combined with creamy pasta, colorful peppers, and bold Caribbean-inspired seasonings for a rich and comforting meal. This dish is packed with flavor and perfect for the whole family!



Ingredients:

Oxtails

  • 3–4 lbs oxtails

  • 2 tbsp green seasoning paste

  • 1–2 tbsp jerk paste

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • 3–4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 onion + 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1–2 cups beef broth


Instructions:

  • 1. Marinate oxtails with green seasoning, jerk paste, soy sauce, garlic, and spices.

  • 2. Cook in crockpot on Low 8–9 hrs (or High 4–5 hrs) with onion, pepper, and broth until tender. Save ½ cup gravy.

  • 3. Boil rigatoni until al dente; drain.

  • 4. Make sauce: sauté garlic, onions, and peppers. Add jerk paste, cream, milk, cream cheese, Parmesan, and saved gravy. Simmer until thick.

  • 5. Combine pasta and oxtails in sauce. Toss well and garnish with parsley.
